'Rising Star' Program
Do you have a 'Rising Star' in your Culinary Team? The Conference is offering to a limited number of apprentices, sous chefs or talented members of your team the chance to attend our culinary Master Class program.
Held on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th March, there will be three 1 hour Master Classes daily involving all celebrity chefs. Each day will be a separate program.
*Nominations for this program are only open to properties who have fully registered at least one delegate to the Conference. Attendace fee applies ($200FJD per person per day). More details available from email@example.com
